Christina began her real estate career as a successful retail leasing agent, negotiating multiple spaces for local, national, and international tenants, including Genki Sushi. During that time, she served on the board for the International Council of Shopping Centers as the Chairperson for Next Gen, a mentoring opportunity for seasoned professionals and commercial realtors with less than 10 years’ experience. She negotiated long-term industrial and warehouse leasing while selling houses and condos. Then she began investing in apartment buildings. Christina is your best lead on how to price and market your asset, what to look for when considering a property, which lenders make deals happen, and more. She’ll be your ultimate resource for off-market deals, and she will negotiate them for you with the full force of the Honolulu Board of Realtor’s (HBR) Code of Ethics behind her, along with the National and Hawaii Association of Realtors’ (NAR and HAR) educational standards.

With 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Austin understands and values team work to execute the highest level of customer service for the clients of CIS. Kicking off his career in 2001 as a Loan Officer, he quickly transitioned into a Sales Management role within the lending industry. Continuing his thirst to learn, Austin attained his Hawaii Real Estate license in 2007 and took his knowledge and experience to secure a management position in one of the leading national escrow companies in Hawaii. Austin is also the Founder & CEO of Dotted Line LLC, a local mobile notary and courier service company that has been in business since 2014. In his spare time, Austin loves to surf, fish and go diving with the Ohana. He is also known to have been: engaged in community work such as beach clean-ups, supporting the Hawaii Theatre Center, and his local YMCA programs.

Marco leads CIS’ social media strategy in order to boost visibility and client engagement. He oversees, marketing plans, delivers content across different platforms, set targets to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. As a former college professor and a graphic designer by trade; he mastered research and evaluation of the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of
measuring social media activity. Marco’s focus is to develop, launch and manage new campaigns that promotes CIS brand. Marco supports arts and sports, he is also an animal lover taking care of his 5 dogs, and enjoys every moment of his married life; when not working.
